Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

By completing a purchase on our website (www.thyde.co), you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.

Please ensure that all order details, including product selection, sizing, and shipping information, are reviewed carefully prior to checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded.


Exceptions – Faulty or Incorrect Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event that a product is received in a faulty condition, is damaged upon arrival, or is significantly different from what was described on the site.

If you believe your item meets this criteria, you must contact us at hello@thyde.co within 7 days of receiving your order, including the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage

We will assess your claim and, where applicable, provide a resolution in the form of a replacement item or refund, at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business model and fulfilment process, the following types of items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to sizing guides)

  • Accidental or duplicate orders

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
